Save the date! GHT’s Christmas Makers Market returns this December

Get into the festive spirit at God’s House Tower (GHT), as our popular Christmas Makers Market returns to Southampton’s Old Town this December for its second year.

You’re invited to join us in the merry and medieval surroundings of GHT as some of the South Coast’s most talented makers and artists take over the tower for two weekends of festive fun. Whether you’re looking for a special present for a loved one, are searching for a quirky stocking filler, or even fancy treating yourself to something nice, from jewellery to prints, ceramics and homewares, the Christmas Makers Market is the perfect place find a truly unique selection of gifts and artworks all lovingly made by local makers based in the Hampshire region. 

You can also get cosy and shelter from the cold and wintry weather in the GHT Cafe & Bar, where we will be serving a festive selection of food and refreshments, from merry mulled wine to warming hot drinks including our delicious vegan hot chocolate from Peaberry Coffee, and indulgent bakes from Southampton favourite Hoxton Bakehouse and 27 Vegan Bakery.

The Christmas Makers Market is free to visit and will take place on the following dates: Saturday 10th December 10am – 5pm, Sunday 11th December 10am – 4pm, Saturday 17th December 10am – 5pm and Sunday 18th December 10am – 4pm.
