Join Anna Bunting-Branch, Rosie Carr and Helen Starr to discuss socially-engaged practice and how artists can work with communities as a form of activism.

Artist Voices is a series of panel discussions and conversations that aim to support artist development by unpacking and demystifying key topics and issues of the visual arts ecology through discussion with artists and cultural workers. Join Anna Bunting-Branch, Helen Starr and Rosie Carr to discuss socially-engaged practice and how artists can work with communities as a form of activism.

Each panelist will invite an open conversation using pre-determined questions as a point of consideration and provocation for the rest of the panel and the audience.

The core aim of ‘a space’ arts Artist Voices programme is to support artist development by unpacking and demystifying key topics and issues of the visual arts ecology through discussion with artists and cultural workers.

To encourage a discursive atmosphere, we invite the audience to ask questions and contribute to the conversation throughout the event. If you would like for the guest speakers to consider questions in advance of the night please send to [email protected].
