Role Summary
An experienced individual is required to co-ordinate and deliver a multi-strand development programme aimed at visual artists and independent visual arts organisations, working in Southampton. The programme is designed to assist artists further their careers through developing their practice and establishing new projects.
This new post is a key appointment in an expanding staff team and comes at an exciting time in the organisations development. This includes the award of Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation status and the imminent refurbishment of God’s House Tower, a major new arts and heritage venue for Southampton.

Recruitment timetable
– Application deadline (at 17:00) – Monday 21st May
– Shortlisting – 22nd May
– Invitation to interview – by 23rd May
– Interviews will be held in Southampton, at GHT – Thursday 31st May (non-negotiable)
– Decision and offer of appointment – by 4th June
– References – by 8th June
