We’re hiring! Apply for our latest job opportunity and join the crew at God’s House Tower, one of Southampton’s most exciting arts and heritage venues.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join the crew at GHT in a role where no two days are the same.

As a crew member, you will be part of a small, dedicated team in a dynamic role which includes front-of-house services, exhibition invigilation, cafe and bar service and further support at events. 

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and pride themselves on exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for visitors. No experience in the arts or heritage sector is required and we recognise and value transferable skills from other disciplines, studies and experiences. 

The role is variable and offered on a casual basis – up to 23 hours across a long weekend (Friday – Sunday). The hourly rate is £9.90 p/h (the Real Living wage).
