Welcoming 'a space' arts 2022 programme
We’re pleased to be kicking off the new year with an exciting new programme for 2022 across the ‘a space’ arts projects.
This January, we’re launching a variety of new exhibitions and events, providing you with the opportunity to catch-up with friends and fellow artists after the holidays whilst exploring new works created by artists from our fantastic creative community. From Let it Breathe, an immersive new exhibition of sculptural works by multi-disciplinary artist Svetlana Ochkovskaya at the Hidden Wardrobe, to A Sound Journey to Freedom which explores the political unrest in Myanmar and builds connections between the vibrant artistic community in the country and artists here in the UK, through audio and visual interpretations in response to the issues.
We also have a variety of opportunities for artists and creatives looking to get creative in the new year by delving into a new project or artwork. Whether you’re looking to submit an artwork for Inspirational Women Artists, our upcoming silent auction and exhibition in celebration of International Women’s Day 2022 or fancy putting your name in the hat to be in the chance with receiving a Lucky Dip Bursary to help further develop your artistic careers, our opportunities are a great way to kickstart your creativity in 2022.
Here’s to a healthier, happier and more creative year in 2022!
